- The contribution you designated was more than the amount allowed for your Senior Exemption, or
- The amount of credit you have available was not enough to allow the contribution.
Why did I receive this notice code?
You may make a voluntary contribution to this fund only if you or your
spouse claim the Senior Exemption Credit on your California tax return,
line 9 or line 7 on Form 540 2EZ. The amount of your voluntary
contribution cannot exceed the amount of the Senior Exemption Credit. See
table below.
