To revive your suspended or forfeited business entity, or to request an FTB Limited Partnership Confirmation letter, you must:

- Pay any delinquent tax balances, including penalties, fees, and interest.
- File a revivor request form.

Note: If your annual statement of information with the Secretary of State (SOS) lapsed, and/or the SOS suspended your business, you must resolve your outstanding issues with them before we can revive your business. For more information, go to www.sos.ca.gov, or call the SOS at 916.657.3537.
If we suspended or forfeited your business in error, we will restore your business to active status after we verify the mistake. If you believe this occurred, call us so we can analyze your account.
