- 2008 Homeowner Assistance Claim (FTB 9000H)
- 2008 Renter Assistance Claim (FTB 9000R)
- 2008 Property Postponement for Senior, Blind or Disabled Citizens (SCO 9003) (Provided by the State Controller's Office)
To qualify for Homeowner or Renter Assistance, you must currently be a United States citizen or qualified alien and have a total household income in 2007 of $44,096 or less and were one of the following on December 31, 2007:
- 62 or older;
- Blind; or;
- Disabled.
