- Estimated tax payments,
- Recent payments applied to a balance due,
- Your total current balance due,
- A summary of each balance due tax year,
- California wage and withholding information, and
- FTB-issued 1099-G and 1099-INT information.

- Your social security number, and
- Your 2008 Customer Service Number (CSN).
A note about Customer Service Numbers:
We issue a new CSN to every taxpayer each calendar year. The number is only valid during the year for which it is issued. You can get your current CSN online.
